Our studios are perfect for couples, and the two-room apartments are suitable for groups of three people. Access is managed through a smart card that also regulates the use of electricity, ensuring convenience and safety.

The accommodations feature single or double beds and are equipped with kitchens with utensils and appliances such as a microwave, induction hob, and refrigerator. The spaces are air-conditioned, soundproofed, and have private bathrooms, linens, espresso machines, wall safes, and Wi-Fi. Upon request, a crib is available for the little ones.
Studio
The studios, with an area of 30 sqm, are designed to ensure your well-being.
Available with a double bed or two separate beds, they include a well-appointed kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine.
The spacious living room accommodates a table with 4 chairs, a cozy sofa, and a TV for moments of relaxation and entertainment.

With an area of 28 sqm, this studio is designed to offer maximum comfort.
Furnished with a French bed, private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette complete with a microwave, refrigerator, and induction hob.
The spaces are air-conditioned and soundproofed to ensure a peaceful rest. In addition to private sanitary facilities and included linens, the room offers an espresso machine, a wall safe for safety, and the convenience of Wi-Fi.
The living space is designed to be a cozy area with a comfortable sofa, a table, and chairs for 4 people, and a 32-inch LCD TV for your entertainment.
Two-Room Apartment
Our spacious two-room apartment, completely renovated and with its 40 sqm, offers a stay that combines practicality and hospitality.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a single bed.
The entrance with bathroom is designed to offer privacy and functionality, while the bright main room welcomes with a furnished kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine.
The table for 4 people, the cozy sofa, and a 32-inch LCD TV invite total relaxation.
Additional Services
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide a relaxing reading room with an internet station and a fully equipped laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer (both at an additional cost).
We have a bicycle storage with a workshop for maintenance and repair.
For those traveling by car, we offer convenient private parking and a covered garage (available until spaces are filled), both accessible via a smart card to ensure your safety and peace of mind during your stay.
